We are currently in the process of adjusting the Solidwork files. It is expected to be finished this weekend and next week we will send out the files to be 3D-printed. Most of the bars are already done. If we can finish the 3D printing next week. On week 9, we will go to home depot and put all the parts together.
The material we will be choosing for the main parts should have some flexibility and strong enough that can hold other parts. We expected to 3D-print at RapidTech and currently we are talking to him about the cost.
About adjusting the Solidworks files: some thickness would be increased, and the connect between circle parts and straight plates need to be thickened. We see that the old model is easily broken or got loose around these areas.
About the timeline: everything is still on the track. We hope to get everything done at the week before the winter design review to have time to re-check everything.
