As this week concludes, we currently have our solidworks model fully up to date including all of the parts that we will have ready for the design review next week. With the motor beginning to run with our code and the solidworks nmodel up to date, we are planning to test out how much of a payload our system can handle. We are expecting around 200lbs however, there are always some kinks with these things. Before we are able to do this, there are just a few parts that we will need assembled before we can finally start testing. once we conclude testing we hope to move forward with our design next quarter as we look to control the second axis of our system, the inner frame. This will require us to assure that the outer frame is able to run on its own and will require us to find the right motor and parts for the new frame as well. We are excited to showcase what we have been working on this week at the design review on friday!
