In this week, we have tested the relationship between two electromagnetic bars in order to see whether or not there will exist repulsion and attraction forces while the current was applied. After we applied the current in one electromagnetic bar, it attracted the other electromagnetic bar. However, there was no repulsion force by applying current. We positioned two electromagnetic bars on thumbs so that the attraction force between the two electromagnetic bars could lift up the thumb, but we found out the force that produced by electromagnetic bars was too weak to lift up the thumb.
