By now you should know who is on your team. As this is a new quarter, please have everyone on your team sign the Pledge for Excellence and Liability Waiver. The documents are located at:

Team Leads are to collect the entire packet of signed documents and bring them to Tatum Rodriquez at the front desk of the EG3200 office suite.

We will also need you to update the description for your project and the Team Lead, Safety Officer, Document Manager, and Purchasing Manager information. Update columns D to L on the spreadsheet that Tatum Provided.

Finally, we will need you to complete a Team Roster for this quarter. To access your team roster:

1) Open the 2017 Winter Projects Information spreadsheet (link provided by Tatum)
2) Identify your project in the spreadsheet and find the corresponding URL under column O “Team Roster Link.”
3) Open a browser and go to the listed URL which will open up your Team Roster

Your Team Roster is dynamically linked to the one on your webpage. Any changes will be updated automatically within 10 minutes.
