Hello everyone,

During this week, we talked to both our sponsor and our project advisor and it was decided that we are going to test something new for the sorting of fasteners: a bowl feeder. We started doing research for bowl feeders currently in the market and while doing this we came across another potential solution: the step feeder.
We are in the process of contacting different manufacturers for bowl and step feeders to get more information about the size of the fasteners it can handle, prices, if it can be customized, how much time it would take to be ready for delivery, etc.
We also applied for SDP Funding and are in the look for more funding opportunities.
We hope to get all our questions answered by next week and decide on what device of sorting to go for as well as the manufacturer.
